For shared hosting, our team of engineers monitors the load on all servers and has established a base line performance and acceptable performance level reports. Once a server has reached our conservative acceptable level, the box is retired from accepting new customers. All of our boxes have ample RAM and processor to provide the best performance even under unusual load conditions.
