Affiliate Program

Our affiliate system is simple: We pay you to refer customers to us. While most companies give a one-time commission, our affiliate system provides comission on recurring income. Through our affiliiate system, you can refer customers to us and build a recurring revenue stream. We handle all support and client needs and you recieve a simple, consistant 10% comission from us.

How much does an affiliate receive for a referral?

Affiliates receive 10% of gross sales. This means 10% of all sales referred to us by you will be credited to your account. Additionally, 10% of all recurring fees are credited to your account. This means if you refer a hosting plan that is $45/month with a $15 setup fee, you will receive $1.50 + $4.50/month as long as the client is active. You provide no direct support to the client and there are no credit card processing fees charged to you -- the income is completely residual to you.

How do you track commissions?

When you sign up for the program, you'll receive linking instructions. When you link to our site, your affiliate ID will be encoded in the URL. Our system uses that information to track commissions. You will receive commissions on sales generated by traffic you send to our site through your affiliate links.

How often will I get paid?

All transactions are held for 90-days. Due to potential liabilities incurred by us (relating to chargebacks and fraud) for up to 90-days after a transaction has completed, we must hold all payments for 90-days. As soon as each affiliate credit reaches the 90 day hold, it will be automatically be transfered to your account balance. If your account has a positive balance and you wish to cash out, you can request a check be mailed to you by opening a ticket with our billing department. A $1 processing fee will be deducted from the balance for each check to cover processing.

Can I promote your services through my opt-in newsletter?

Yes, as long as the recipients opted into the list, and the newsletter contains removal instructions. Advertising through unsolicited email (spam) will not be permitted and is grounds for termination of your affiliiate agreement.

How do I know how much I've earned?

You can find information about the balance of your affiliate account in your My Account area.

How do I become an affiliate?

1. If you do not have an account, first register for a new account. If you do have an account, login.
2. Click Affiliiates in your account area to activate the affiliate system for your account.
